  1. IcoFX v1.6 License

  3. "Author" herein refers to Attila Kovrig (the creator of IcoFX).
  4. "Software" refers to all files included with IcoFX (typically
  5. installed by the installer or extracted from a .zip archive).

  7. Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and 
  8. Software is copyrighted by Attila Kovrig (the Author).

  13. License and costs
  14.  
  15. The Software is being distributed as Freeware. 
  16. Use and distribution of the Software is permitted provided 
  17. that all of the following terms are accepted:

  19. 1. The Author grants you a non-exclusive license to use the
  20.     Software subject to your compliance with all of the terms 
  21.     and conditions of this Freeware License.

  23. 2. You are only granted a license for the machine-readable, 
  24.     object code portion of the Software. You will not modify, 
  25.     enhance, reverse engineer or otherwise alter the Software 
  26.     from its current state.

  28. 3. You will not have any proprietary rights of the Software. 
  29.     You acknowledge and agree that the Author retains all 
  30.     copyrights and other proprietary rights of the Software.

  32. 4. The Software is provided "as-is," without any express or 
  33.     implied warranty. Without even the implied warranty of 
  34.     merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In 
  35.     no event shall the Author be held liable for any, direct or 
  36.     indirect, damages arising from the use of the Software.

  39.     original, unmodified form. Distributions of modified
